Sound Healers use of specific instruments, music, tones, and other sonic vibrations to bring balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit. Using crystal sound bowls to create specialized sound frequencies for a therapeutic atmosphere that promotes deep rest, nervous system rebalancing at a cellular level and emotional release.
